Cette patiente rapporte une l\u00e9g\u00e8re sensibilit\u00e9 lors du brossage.<\/p>\n<h2>Observations cliniques<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9cession de classe Miller II dent #41<\/li>\n<li>Manque de tissu k\u00e9ratinis\u00e9 #41<\/li>\n<li>Inflammation marginale #41<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Diagnostic<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Gingivite caus\u00e9e par la plaque dentaire<\/li>\n<li>Malformation muco-gingivale #41<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Plan de traitement<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Traitement initial (d\u00e9tartrage et instructions d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne buccodentaire)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9\u00e9valuation (apr\u00e8s 3-4 semaines)<\/li>\n<li>Greffe autogene libre #41<\/li>\n<li>Suivi de 6\u00a0mois<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La greffe autog\u00e8ne libre n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas le traitement le plus pr\u00e9visible pour couvrir la racine. Cependant, dans ce cas, consid\u00e9rant le d\u00e9faut de r\u00e9cession \u00e9troit et le manque du tissu k\u00e9ratinis\u00e9, l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d&rsquo;une greffe autog\u00e8ne libre \u00e9tait id\u00e9ale.
